DxTory not working with The Evil Within

so after trying to find a solution to this i know i am not the only one with this problem but DxTory wont work with the PC Game The Evil Within, when DxTory is running the game simply wont start up and everyone else who is having the issue with the game not starting are also using DxTory but if i start Fraps or Action the game runs fine, DxTory is my Favorite recording program and i would like to record with it.

Does anyone know how i can get it to work, im still new to all this so im sorry if it is a simple fix and i hope it is :p
