Games Crash After Hitting Launch/Play

Europa Universalis 4 and Crusader Kings 2 both crash after I hit play on their launchers while Dxtory is running. If I try to run Dxtory after the game is loaded it crashes as soon as I maximize the game. I have noticed World of Warcraft and other Games Crash momentarily and then resume. (By Crash I mean the bar pops up "windows is looking for how to fix this" then all I can do is click "close Program"

This started after I did the last windows update KB311780 and I am using the latest version of Dxtory. When I restore to before KB311780 both games load flawlessly.

Seems that the Issue has Resolved itself. Games now launch fine on the latest version of updates.
