Unable to open Dxtory after purchase

I have just purchased DXtory and received my email to register my licence. However after downloading it, it will not allow me to save this after download or open it saying it's unable to find software for selected file?? Have tried searching for something suitable but unable to find anything. Without this i cant roceed to even register the licence?

Am sure it;s simple fix?
