DXtory Crashes Game(s) on Capture

Hi guys, I just wanted to post in here somewhere the answer to this problem. I was having this exact issue, and couldn't find much help on the internet. But basically, I fixed this by installing service pack 1 for windows 7. Pretty sure thats what the issue is here. Just wanted to leave this here in case others are looking in the future.
