Dxtory Record Hot key Muting Game

Hi Everyone,

I love this application, it has been working great until today. I just logged in to play Battlefield 4 and now when I push the hot key to record everything is suddenly muted. I hit the hot key again and stop recording and the sound comes back on. Essentially, my Dxtory is useless to me now. I have been looking through the forums, google, Battlefield forums, YouTube, everywhere. I sincerely hope someone has a fix for this issue here because I just bought this program and have been troubleshooting how to upload YouTube videos for days now. I just got that semi figured out and now this. Never ending on Windows because of so many different sources nothing is compatible or user friendly. One program should be able to record video/audio, edit, convert, and automatically upload to YouTube. Now I am dealing with YouTube being retarded and getting stuck at processing video. Sorry for the rant, just want to know how to fix my Dxtory.

Come on you guys charge money for this program. At least monitor your forums and support your customers. Your sticky threads are not sufficient customer support.
