Please Help. Not Recieving License File

Hi, I have reinstalled windows on pc due to finding it too small previously to realise that i have lost my license file when i came to reinstall dxtory. I tried the resend license file in the support section but it just says 'The request succeeded.
Please wait until the license file reaches the registered mail address'

and I'm really worried about getting this license soon.

Any help is greatly appreciated thank you
