Dxtory not saving recorded files

So when i go to record a game, this happens on all games i have tried many games (csgo, minecraft, etc) it doesn't save the files when i finish recording. It seems to be the same problem as this post http://forum.exkode.com/index.php?topic=1238.0 but the solution that worked for them did not work for me. I am on Windows 7 and the Windows 7 version also didnt work (i am running windows 7). What can i do? I have fully re installed etc and nothing is working.
Hope someone can help
