Dxtory Aspect Ratio

Hi, I play CS:GO on 4:3 black bars, not 4:3 stretched.
But I was wondering if it's possible to play in 4:3 black bars while recording in 4:3 stretched with Dxtory, since a lot of YouTubers and Streamers do so...
Is this possible with Dxtory? And how do I go about doing so?
