Flickering when recording on Windows 10

I've updated to Win10 from Win8.1 and DxTory isn't recording as it should. I've updated it to 2.0.133, reinstalled Lagarith Codec, updated video driver and tried a bunch of different games (Delver, Dota 2, Minecraft). I've also been playing around with advanced settings but it didn't help.

When I record, everything looks normal, but when I replay recorded file, video flickers. Basically it's flashing white screens all the time. It happens also if I record to stream and use that stream in OBS or if I import file in Vegas/Premiere. Has anybody found a solution to this?

The same problem I have myself only in Minecraft. Why is that now I can tell you nciht have the problem but since some versions.
With the update to Windows 10 that has to do nothing because I had the error on both Windows 10 and Windows. 7 I currently use Windows. 7
I hope yes, that update will appear soon and this problem finally fixes.

If both are free. And you have no flickering. I am also sure switched when taking pictures is called Minecraft.
