AAC with Dxtory on Windows 10?

So, I'm on Windows 10 and wanted to use Nero AAC encoder (neroaacenc), but I'm not sure how to point dxtory to it?

Alternately, I was going to settle for lame mp3 acm, but there's apparently no way to install that on windows 10 64bit.

Any suggestions? I'd prefer AAC and Nero is the best quality available/free encoder I'm aware of still. MP3 would be an acceptable alternative, if I can find one that will install properly on Windows 10 and be recognized by dxtory.

Thanks.

if you worry about audio quality, record with PCM. Lossless audio, even at "cd quality" 44kHz 16bit stereo is only ~700MB/hour.

I want good audio quality but not really 768kbps good. :)

I don't see why you can't install MP3 ACM on Windows 10 64bit. I'm running on that OS.
I managed to get it recognised by Dxtory.
Grab the codec here http://www.rarewares.org/mp3-lame-dshow-acm.php
