Clipping and Scaling Doesn't Work

When I use Clipping:

Top: 0
Right: 1280
Bottom: 720
Left: 0

It clips out the section I need just fine.

But when I add Scaling:

Width: 1440
Height: 1080

It only records a second of footage. The same thing happens with x264vfw and also the DXTory Codec.

I'm attaching the error log and the environment info.

(It does work with "Force CPU Processing")
