Can not use both sound tracks

My dxtory is recording with Lagarith lossless codec.

I am recording World of Warships with gamesounds
and also Blue yeti microphone.

So I have 2 sounds tracks +1 video track.

When I play video, I can hear only 1 sound track. I know about avimux option, how to combine them, but the problem is, avimux DOES NOT even load the video. it just does nothing when I select 32gb videofile for conversion. So is it really so that if I record long, let's say 20 minute video, I can not have sounds in it, because the file is so big? It does load smaller files, but it does not load bigger files, and I have 16GB memory in my PC.

Or is there solution to fix this somehow, because as it is, dxtory is completely useless software for me, if I can not record high quality video for 20 minutes, with mic+gamesounds.

EDIT: I am trying avifix in it now, if the file is corrupt somehow...

I use VirtualDub to convert the 7.1 audio track I record which doesn't get recognized by the editing program itself when adding the recorded file. You could also try it out.
VirtualDub -> Open the file -> File -> Save WAV..

I'm currently looking into this program and trying to judge if I want to purchase it. So does it not record both microphone audio and in game audio by it's self? I have played around with it for a bit with no success in being able to find out if it does or not. Any information would be helpfully to me  :)

Dxtory can record up to 8 different audio sources.
Personally I use 3, first for game audio, second is for microphone without push-to-talk and the third is microphone with push-to-talk.
I use the VirtualDub converting the 7.1 IEEE Float audio track because Sony Vegas doesn't recognize it from the video file itself.
If you're using VLC for playback you can change the audio track to see if you recorded all of them properly.
