Looking to purchase for a friend and myself?

My question is I would like to purchase for a friend and myself, how would I give one of the License to him after purchase?... I just dont want to purchase and unable to give it to him. Thank for any help given.

It's super cheaty, but you can just send him the same license over skype, for instance. It will work for both of you.
