Can't run Dxtory

It doesn't throw an error or anything. All it does when I open it is show up on my processes for a split second, then disappears from it. It doesn't even pop up the interface for it or anything. can anyone please help?

I don't know anything more then that. It doesn't tell me anything. I try to run it and it doesn't run. That's all. And I can't get that update either on that other page either =/
