If you didn't notice already, Exkode is not really around much anymore, so there really isn't anyone to complain to.  In any case though, is this what you are experiencing ? Something similar to this video ?

What have you tried so far to fix it ?  Have you tried drivers older than 14.x ? or the latest ?  If so, have you used DDU to clean between driver changes  ?

I'm seeing the same thing on my AMD GPU. I went back to 14.4, but I didn't use DDU. I'll try again using DDU I guess. Thanks for the tip.

Yeah - me too. Exkode might not be around to support his product anymore, but I'll be he still checks his bank account for when suckers like us pay him for it!

Given how hopelessly broken dxtory is, I feel like I should do a charge-back (its still soon enough), but I'd really just like to get dxtory to work.

We don't know what is happening to Exkode, so please don't judge him.

Also, I've never had any major issues with Dxtory for years now, so "hopelessly broken" doesn't suit it well. It does however not seem to like to work with Windows 10, which is obviously a violation of the "Supported OS" spec.
