New FPS overlay wayyy too big!

you obviously gonna say "just make it smalled in the options" yea, i did that, its way too big even in the smallest option, like it covers a few games's overlay such as hp or buffs or whatever its there. its way too big, and no one needs it to be that big (for the smallest option).

it would be nice to add something like a custom resizable overlay where you put the amount of pixels you want it to be, and thats it
