how can I record desktop, browser or flash window?

I dont think Dxtory can do that, Dxtory is for games i think. Try to use OBS its free too

Dxtory is programmed to "hook" up to your games which normally run on DirectX or OpenGL. Your windows screen is none of those, so Dxtory can't hook up to it.

As mentioned above download a free recorder called OBS (Open Broadcaster Software). It will allow you to record your desktop.
