Mass Effect 2 not detected

Hay on my second pc dxtore can detect Mass Effect 1 (2.0.127)
On my new pc it dot notice Mass Effect 1/2 (2.0.140)
Its the same operating system and the same settings. Te newest Net Framework is installed.
So what problem could it be?

using origin? disable origin overlay. It's been an issue with pretty much any origin game, iirc.
