PokeMMO Crashes With Dxtory and Dxtory Wont Minimize

I get a crash when I press the stream button gaming PokeMMO. How do I fix that. I also cannot minimize when I click the minimize button on the top right and bottom. I need help. Thank you.

Because your OS is 32bit, available memory might be short.

Could that be the only issue or is there something else? I don't think memory is the issue because I have 8GB and 2.2GB is being used. What is the real problem? Thanks.

A new install of Dxtory did nothing either. Any ideas of what I can do?
