Dxtory Screen Tearing

Got  144hz monitor and im still getting screen tear on games more on other like DayZ which i play a lot on. It gets worse with Dxtory actually Dxtory makes it really noticable using the lagarith loseloss codec YV12. Any way i can fix this is this alot to do on Dxtorys end? (turned on vsync still not working).
