How do I record both audio channels, so that I'll be able to hear them both at t

I'm using an Condenser Microphone that uses an XLR-type cord, so it goes through my audio interface, and then into my PC via the usb the audio interface came with... which seams to allow "mono" type sound... (no, I don't really know what I'm talking about, but I'm trying...).

The only problem is that when I choose to record via my mic., and recording the gameplay at the same time, (well, for one, I can't hear **ANYTHING** from my speakers... no gameplay sounds/effects... nothing... as I'm recording... which I'd **need** to be able to hear when I record(how do I fix this?)) the output file will **only** include the audio from the selected "channel" (I think it's called) see [this image link here for a better understanding.](http://i.imgur.com/icX5Va8.png)

So I'm essentially trying to make it so that I can hear my voice, and the game's sound, when I want to edit the file in Adobe Premiere Pro. Also, (if it's possible) I'd, really, really, *really* appreciate it if someone could help me out with the "mute" issue... when I plug my Audio interface in, I simply cannot hear anything that's going on...
