General Questions about Dxtory

Hey Guys,

first of all, sorry if this is in the wrong section.

a few days ago i bought Dxtory and i'm very pleased, the money was well spent.
though i have some questions:

1). If i have two hard drives,  Harddrive (1) = games and all that stuff, Harddrive (2)= Dxtory recording the gameplay,
will this cause less framedrops? I have small frame drops when recording and wondered if that would make a difference.

2). am i able, if i get a new PC to download Dxtory again? as i have registered my licence already.

EDIT: 3). Is there a harddrive SATAIII with 7200 rpm that is recommended for Dxtory?

This may be some stupid questions but i would still please all of the "pro's" to help me with this
