I get an error when trying to activate my file.

I just bought Dxtory and want to start using it. However, on registering a message pops up saying "ERROR: wrong License file. You have to input the correct license file path." Do you have any idea on how to solve this? It's really holding me up and I want to start using Dxtory. Any help would be appreciated

Just a hunch, but is your license file in a path that contains non-ascii characters? Like ä,ö,å,ñ,cyrillic (russian) or asian characters?

I agree with Malix, it's pretty common if you have saved the the file on your Desktop but your windows username has some foreign name. Move the license file to the disk C:

No, the path is C:\Users\samue_000\Downloads\DxtoryLicenceFile.dxtorylic
I tried moving it to the C: drive and registering it again but I still get the same error message

maybe the license file got damaged when you downloaded it, the internet isn't always equal to everyone 

maybe download it again or request a new one just to be safe
