Microphone recording probelm

I recorded some gameplay with dxstory and had it set so it recorded system audio and my microphone. When I play the video both audio tracks are there, but if i put it in my video editor the microphone part doesn't show up, so its only system audio. I tried converting the footage and it did the same thing :/ anyone have a solution?

Dont convert pls ..

Just rightclick on your AVI file and choose extract audio stream and add the missing audio files manually into your NLE.
