FPS drops when I move my mouse

Hello. My problem is that whenever DXTory is open, recording or not, if I move my mouse, my FPS drops massively. If I don't move my mouse, the FPS is fine. This happens in any game.
Mouse - Razer Deathadder (Using Razer Synapse)
DXTory Version - 2.0.127
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
