recording both audio tracks but one is almost not ther

 so i have had the program for some time and it has worked in the past but, lately i have had a problem where only audio track 1 records properly and, either audio track 2 is vary quiet or not there at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times and wiped it from my computer completely yet this problem remains.

Are you aware that you have to extract secondary audio tracks first, that you won't hear them by default except for audio track 1?
