Dual GPU question/request

So I noticed that there are options in the Advanced Tab regarding GPU usage and dual GPUs, which tells me that Dxtory is not entirely CPU and hard disk dependent.

I have 2 AMD GPUs in Crossfire, and my question is, since not all games supports Crossfire, and has the exact same performance with one or both GPUs enabled, meaning you can effectively just play with one GPU disable, is there a way to make Dxtory use the idle GPU instead? You know, so GPU one does the game and the other GPU does Dxtory?
