Videos lag/glitch in Sony Vegas

Hey there, I had made another post in the past but I'm not sure what happened to it. Anyways, Dxtory has been giving me some problems. I record daily Minecraft videos and like to upload them to youtube. But my Dxtory videos apparently lag when I go edit them in Sony Vegas, they appear laggy in sony vegas only (looks like 3 fps) But when I go preview them in the dxtory editor (not sure what it's called) it appears just fine with a perfect FPS, I don't get any lag when i'm recording my videos. And yes, I've tried multiple codecs. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I have to go back to Fraps now because I can't seem to figure the problem out.

Fraps videos doesn't lag when you try to edit them in Sony Vegas? Make sure your Sony Vegas is FULLY updated, they often release hotfixes to related issues.

It's also possible your computer is simply too weak to edit such footage. We need to know the specs.

Like I said before, This just started to happen. My computer can handle it fine.
