Cannot start on Virtual Machine

When starting dxtory I receive the following message: "The exception was generated..."

The resulting log says:

After looking around I couldn't really find any info on this. I have installed .net 4.5 on the virtual machine but I still get the error. If you need any more info I can give it to you! Thanks in advance!
