Audio track timing is off (using VAC)

Hey guys,

Thanks for all the previous help getting VAC setup. We've been able to record nearly 20 episodes now.
But a problem has arose. The first 9 all turned out perfectly.

But the last several have had 1 of the audio tracks timing off. As in, when I load the AVI file up in Vegas and listen to it, 1 of the tracks timing doesn't line up, so I'll hear responses to questions I hadn't asked yet. I've been having to cut and drag the track along to line up the speech properly.

Here is my setup for recording.
VAC Line 1 set as default Audio.
VAC Line 2 set in skype as the audio out.
Snowball Mic.
I have 2 audio repeaters running. 1 forwards Line 1 to Line 2. The other forwards Line 2 to Speakers. (my setup doesn't let me forward both lines to the speakers independently, so I have to piggy-back, but it works)
in Dxtory, I have Line 1, Line 2 and Mic set to record.
All set to 48000Hz, in the audio properties, audio repeaters and Dxtory.

And as I said, the first 10 videos worth, I saw no problems. It started just in the last few, so I don't know if I forgot something or accidentally changed a setting somewhere.

Hoping someone would have a thought as to where to look.

thank you in advance :)

I noticed 1 thing, but before I change anything, wanted to see if that was the problem.

Line 1 and Line 2 are set to 16-bit 48000Hz
The Speakers are set to 24-bit 48000Hz.

So even though the audio repeaters are set to 48000hz each and it's set that way in DxTory too, would that cause the weird delay?
