Dxtory for gaining fps

Hello, i'm trying to get the smooth experience when i discovered dxtory. Unfortunately i can't find a tutorial on the advanced options. Could i improve my fps with some of those options ?

-disable delay processing
-force cpu processing
-enable synchronous surface look
-wait for available buffer

My config : (LAPTOP)

Intel core i5m 520
4gb ram
ati radeon 5650M
