[bug] RawCapConv hangs when "Single pass - lossless" is used in x264vfw codec.

It occurs with files recorded with the x264vfw codec and using "Single pass - lossless" for the rate control.  RawCapConv will list the files without any thumbnails.
After I click on the build button the video icon is created and then RawCapConv hangs.

Target program:  Battlefield 4
CPU: Intel i7-965
OS:Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
Dxtory 2.0.128 with latest x264fvw codec (libx264 core 130r2774bm c832fe9)
Gigabyte GTX 590 with lasted WHQL drivers

Please use the NoPreview mode of RawCapConv.
Shortcut is located in the Program Group.
