Crash on profile change?

So basically, I bought this software, and it worked in the beginning. I have all my settings set right and now every time I try and change the profile, it crashes. I am unable to record anything as it wont detect any of the games through the profiles.
Please help!
I need to get recording on YouTube videos ASAP.

So I uninstalled and reinstalled and seems to be working again, I will keep a tab on this though.
