Dxtory recording get chopped off edges?

Hello,
I have recently got a new monitor and the resolution is 1080 X 728 (no idea where the 8 comes from.) So when trying to record 720 for YouTube it cuts off 4 pixels from the top and 4 from the bottom. I tried recording the whole screen but when I insert the video into Premiere it has a letter box along left and right because it has 8 extra pixels. How do I set up Dxtory so that it fits into a 720 project?

You need to record in 1080x608 to completely fill the youtube player. This would however cut the top and the lower part of the video off.

To record in 1080x608 you need to configure your setup like this:

Scaling
1080x608

Clipping
Height: 608
