Frame counter disappears randomly/stops hook

So title says it all, the frame counter will disappear randomly during most games but lose its hook, while in CS:GO it will keep hooked but the counter disappears still.

Sorry about their size but when ingame the counter goes until I go into the buy screen and then it goes again
