Mic volume increase on the startup of Counter Strike: Global Offenceive

SO every time I start up Counter Strike to record DxTory changes my mic's volume by itself for some reason. Is there any way I can make it so this doesn't happen? Thanks!

Might be a CS:GO issue.
I don't know but it's the same for Ubisoft's The Crew. Everytime you start the actual game the mic volume increases to 50%. This is a known issue on The Crew because of ingame voice-chat. Maybe it's the same here.

I have a friend this happens to with - Well I don't know actually. We talk on teamspeak, his mic sounds fine ingame but every time he starts CSGO he has to alt tab and lower his mic sens in windows otherwise he sounds like hes eating his microphone on teamspeak. I assume it's a CSGO problem of some sort, it doesn't happen to me with anything. The only thing I see happening is if I change my sens in steam to make it lower ingame, it lowers my sens in windows, they are the same thing steam and windows sens's so it lowers it in windows and in return lowers it in teamspeak so I cannot be heard.
