Recording BF4 Lagging

I am trying to record BF4 using the Matrox Codec and I only get around 40 fps. Environment is attatched.

Isn't a codec a bottleneck of a performance?

I guess. But your codec produces really big files. It also lags when recording speed of 490 mb/s. Its a bug or something.
