Corrupt Video Files in Windows 10

I recently bought a custom built unit with Windows 10.  When I tried to record, i got about 90% of videos length less than 1 minute corrupt and every video over 1 minute corrupt.  I have tried updating my graphics drivers and still have the problem.  I have tried it with several games and codecs, all with the same result.  I have even tried using different versions of DXTory.  I have tried recording Minecraft, ARK: Survival Evoled, and Terra Tech.  I could really use some help on this one.
