Resolution And Aspect Ratio
« on: December 27, 2015, 04:19:22 pm »
I play all my games in fullscreen 19280x1080 16:9.  However CS:GO is the only game I record footage of. I play it in a different resolution and aspect ratio.

In CS:GO I play 1024x768 4:3 FullScreen Stretched without black bars. <-- How I view the game on my monitor.

When I watch the video I record, it has been recorded 1024x768 4:3 but not stretched and has black bars on the side.

How do i get dxtory to record exactly like I see on screen?

Or how do I get rid of black bars in sony vegas 13 or something.

Dxtory does not place black bars when you record in different aspect ratios, as long as you record in Scaling at 100%. I did the exact record as you did at the same resolution/ratio you posted. There is no issue. You might want to take a look at your player and resize the window to see if the black bars are embedded in the video permanently or not.
