Dxtory keeps my clocks at 100%

Think i found a bug and i can't find any earlier posts och answer to it.
As soon i start Dxtory my GPU Core clock, Memory clock and Voltage goes up to 100%, and this is even when i ONLY run Dxtory. No games or other GPU demanding programs in the background.
And if i shut down Dxtory, every state namned above goes back to default.

It's not a big problem, but with the clocks and voltage at max it creates unnecessary heat.
