Dxtory Not Detecting Tom Clancy's The Division

I did a clean install of the latest version of Dxtory a few days ago so that I could record Tom Clancy's The Division. It does't detect the game and I've tried suggestions on the forums here for other games. I've used the delay hook, disabled all other overlays such as Steam and Uplay, and run Dxtory as an admin. I'm completely out of ideas. I'm a long time fan of Dxtory and really hate using other recording software.

Please Help

Sorry for the delay. I launched Dxtory and the game for about a minute to make sure the log info was as up to date as possible.

Thanks,
Shane

Have you tried running only the game + Dxtory and nothing else ?  ( Your log says you have Discord on your system and that has an overlay as well. )  If you haven't, then try closing ALL programs that are not : Dxtory, The Division, or a windows process / service.

Do you have any sort of security software running ?  Anti-malware , Antivirus , firewall or anything security related at all ?

If none of that makes a difference, please post your ErrorLog.txt , there may be a clue in there.

I will try that now. I'm using the default Windows Firewall and Defender. Do I need to whitelist Dxtory?

Still no luck. I run Dxtory and The Division alone and still no luck. I attached the error log which had a bunch pertaining to Spotify which killed from the task manager.

Does Dxtory capture other games just fine ?  Here are a couple other things you can try :

1.  Clean install

2.  Uninstall Geforce Experience if you have it installed, it might be blocking Dxtory

Uninstalled Shadowplay and Dxtory. Cleaned registry and rebooted computer to completely remove uninstalled applications. The did the clean install of Dxtory and started it with only the game and still no change.

One last thing you could try, but I doubt it will make a difference, is to try putting the game in full screen mode ( while Dxtory is running ).   Then alt + tab to the desktop and back into the game a few times.

Overall though it might be best to just use Obs Studio ( or maybe shadowplay )  for Division recording as it probably still has the crashing issue with Dxtory and you'd have to wait for a patch to fix that anyways.

If anyone else has ideas, feel free to voice them.

Were you able to get it to work ?  If so, please mention what you did.

Unfortunately not with The Division but it is confirmed working with CSGO and other games I play. You alternative programs did work.
