dxtory not starting at all

When dxtory updated last, something went wrong and I had to uninstall it. I uninstalled, reinstalled, and it wouldn't record.
I was told to uninstall it again, so I removed it from my pc completely and tried reinstalling, now it won't launch at all. I don't know what I need to show to get help for this.

I assume you updated to 2.0.135 and then tried to reinstall that? Maybe roll back to 2.0.134.

if you have windows 10 & matrox codec installed, that can cause issues. Some users here have reported that dxtory just won't start in that scenario, uninstalling matrox codec solves it.

It's weird :/
