aight. might have skipped reading here and there, guilty as charged. :P

if the issue appeared overnight, something changed in the computer, update or such, most likely caused it.

It is unfixable by the Dxtory side.
It is because the cause of the problem is unknown.
--> cannot fix dxtory because the cause of the problem is unknown.

the audio sync has been discussed to death in other thread, I have it too but only in some games (mainly NES-emulator) but currently I can fix this in editing, I just scale the video and audio to same length and that syncs the whole thing. Granted, it would be preferable to not have the need to do this, but as a solution for now it works for me.

Audio is perfect in sync for me. So the software definitely works.

not asynch at all. Perfect in sync. Recorded at 2048x1152 resolution. So if DXTory is the cause, why it works for me and so many other?
Other games work as well.

Have you tried with my called sync lock and wait for buffer option? You didnt say it.
Have you tried without rawcap?

Also with bandicam you shouldnt use H.264 for AVI ....
I gave you some quotes why it is bad. And it gets even more bad if you do re-encode it again after capturing....
You have to use bad compression settings for the capturing too, because you have to watch cpu usage. All in all its just bad to use H.264 or any lossy codec for capturing ....
But ok do what you want  ::)

Really: If you are so pissed off, that you even dont want to getting help - I would offer you, that I give you the money and you me the licence file. I already have a licence, but I would give it someone else if its ok with exkoder.
But wouldnt it be more helpful to find a solution for you, instead of yelling how bad the software in your opinion is, because YOU have problems with it?

It is a 2048x1152 video as well, I just resized it to 1024x320 for better posting the image in this forum and is enough height for the info text.

while this doesn't happen on everybody, it would be nice to get solved, as other recording apps don't seem to suffer from this.

I just hope we could find the culprit which makes dxtory thrift off sync.

Change Video Codec to Lagarith Lossless Codec and config it to Mode: YV12, [ x ] Multithreading
Change Audio to 44100hz, 16bit, Stereo for gamesound and 44100hz, 16bit, mono for microphone. Your settings are ridicilous ...
Enable Synchronous Surface Lock and Wait for available Buffer.

I was fiddling with my options one day and my audio became unsynced and this fixed it, and made my recordings even better thank you

If you would have bothered to read all of my postings you would find:

  • It appeared overnight
  • I've waited for over a month to get any reply here.
  • The license was bought for myself, not the majority of people
  • Initially I had hoped for help here, but none was given
  • The developer stated here that it is "unfixable by dxtory side", yet when I use Bandicam with the excact same settings it works fine.
Kind of makes it a problem on the dxtory side, doesn't it?
  • After it became apparent that there won't be a fix for this issue, I simply asked for a refund- because of the above. I don't think that is unreasonable considering I paid 3600¥ for this and got neither a working product nor support in any shape or form.

Given these 6 points, do you think it's unreasonable that I am just a bit disappointed in this product and company?

I have found a possible fix if you still have Dxtory and would like to continue using this.
