What does the Disable mouse hook do?

When this is enabled Dxtory doesn't hook the mouse and thus mouse input is ignored ( It will NOT trigger hotkeys ).  I think he added it for rare cases where having it enabled could cause issues.

The hotkey tab will still allow you to assign mouse buttons to hotkeys with this enabled, but they did not trigger during my testing.

If anyone wants to add to or clarify this setting, please do so.
