Audio Stream Spitter only recording 20 minutes

So I have done several recordings now usually about an hour long and they have worked fine. I was able to extract the audio files no problem. But I did a recording that was just over 2 hours long and when I try and extract the audio it will only give me 20 minutes worth of audio. The thing is if I watch the source video it has all the audio all the way through. So why does the extractor not get all of it out?
