200 FPS ingame, 30 File FPS

Hey guys! I recently started to record stuff with dxtory again. Where it used to go fine when i used it years ago, i now have a better pc, an ssd (as opposed to HDD) and better settings in dxtory (using losless codec and everything) but while my game isnt lagging at all the file fps is at a disappointing 20-30, when i use the stabilize fps function it goes up a little, but it hardly reaches over 60. Is there any fixes?

(my writespeed is 340mb/s if anyone was wondering)
