I would love an option to continious record. For example always record the last 10 minutes. If I press a button, those 10 minutes will be saved into a separate file then continue tu continious record into a new file.

Thanks

AppStar

I'd love this feature as well! Similar to how NVidia ShadowPlay works.

Yes this is needed for those epic moments. Recoding for hours and hours of video does make your HDD fill up pretty quickly. This would solve that :D

Megagoth1702

I agree.

Coder, bro, please think about this! Have DXtory record all the time to a temporary recording and let us save the last X minutes to a file! Thanks!

I registered here just to say "this".

Well, technically, the feature suggested here would be another jab against Fraps because they have such a feature. I don't think I could appreciate dxtory more than I already am if it were implemented though

ShavedApe

I would love to see this added too, fraps has something like this but fraps is an fps drain so would be great to see dxtory add it

GamerPET

I forgot I requested this. Lately I have been using Nvidia Shadowplay for this and it's working pretty well, however Nvidia Shadowplay has some limitations.

I would still love to see something like this in DXTory.

I think if dxtory wants to keep up with shadowplay then there has be this option. This is a much wanted feature.

GamerPET

To be honest I kind of stopped using DXTory since Shadowplay.

I use Xsplit to record when I'm doing live stuff and I want to add my webcam to the game.
I use NVidia ShadowPlay when I just want gameplay.

It's your choice. ShadowPlay footage is overcompressed, you lose the colour more than .WMV compresses its colours. I'm GTX user but I won't consider switching to ShadowPlay until they add ability to push more quality out of it.
