Solution to DxTory crashing for those with NVidia drivers

I simply could not run Dxtory after installing any nvidia driver after 306.97.  I recently purchased a 770, so using that old driver was no longer an option.  Crazy enough, with the latest drivers, and a new card, Dxtory still wouldn't start.

If you can't install Dxtory, or it crashes when you start it, or crashes when you start games, or if aero crashes on you every so often, and probably various other issues as well:

renaming the following files seems to fix all the problems, for whatever reason:

C:\Windows\System32\nvwgf2umx.dll -> C:\Windows\System32\nvwgf2umx.dll.bak
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\nvwgf2um.dll -> C:\Windows\SysWOW64\nvwgf2um.dll.bak

NVIDIA D3D10 Driver, Version 296.49 exports functions that allows configuration of the desktop and its displays using the interfaces are exposed by this API. It provides the ability of Windows to control the display's functionality including the gamma, PowerMizer settings, and also to obtain display information such as multimonitor modes and a list of the displays that are connected to the system.

Why use such an old driver for Nvidia, when the newest one is 331.82 ?? and 331.93 BETA.?
