Voice out of sync.

I dont understand why, but what ever microphone I try to use, the voice always falls out of sync with the rest of the audio.

I am using two devices when I record.
1: Incoming sounds in my headsett.
2: Outgoing sound, my voice.

The PCM is set to 48.000Hz 16bit on both devices... I've tried with higher, but I was recommended to set it to this.

Now, with Fraps, I dont get this problem with the voice going out of sync.. But it is locked to 30 fps, which I dont like -.- (Also tried with both 30 and 60 FPS in DxTory when I record.
