I tried to purchase a license several times before making this post, and I cannot figure out what the problem is.

I got to the Paypal screen by clicking the Buy link from the web site.   I successfully entered in my information on the first page.
However on the next page, where you enter Billing information  (Debit/Credit Card Number, Billing Address etc)  I cannot get past the page.   I enter my information and click "continue" and  Paypal says its processing,  but then the screen goes back to the same page again, asking me for my billing information.

No error is given.  I tried in 2 different web browsers,  and I have never received an order confirmation, and so far it does not seem like Paypal has attempted to charge me..   (and I sure hope they don't, because I am not paying for several licenses).

Has anyone else had a similar problem like this?

I have made Payments to purchase goods in this manner before and never had any problems until now  ::)

Asking PayPal is best although various causes can be considered.

A browser, Cookie, security software.
Restriction of a credit card.
A problem may occur depending on the area.

Obstacle information etc. can be known at the following site.
However, there is also often a problem which is not announced publicly.

if you just registered to paypal, it can take few business days for them to accept your creditcard or so.

if they don't allow your card, ask your bank if your card has "online payment enabled" (thats an issue with some Finnish Visa Electron cards).

Well, like I said.  I have made purchases for other products before.

As for a Paypal account,  I do not have one..  Or that is to say I do not use the one I have.  I pay with my  Mastercard Debit Card issued by my bank (which makes other online purchases just fine)

I can't use Paypal with an account, because years ago when I was younger I botched verification,  and they wanted all this personal information from me,  by fax.  They refused to give me a mailing address, etc.    I do not fax that kind of information willy-nilly,  and they finally blew me off saying the account is closed and will never be re-opened (something to that effect).

I'll just have to try again another day perhaps, and see if they sorted whatever problems they are having with their payment backend.

I just wanted to say that this situation has somehow resolved itself.

I was able to make a purchase last night,  and I am just as pleased with your program  as I have been in the past.   I hope you continue to make it better in the years to come.
